Using Project 515

These Terms of Service apply to the Project 515 website and the Kaelo 515 features made available to you. By using them, you agree to these terms. The legal operator is identified in the footer. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service and keep or remove your own records through the available controls.

What Kaelo provides

Kaelo 515 is a Wellness application for organizing information, viewing recorded trends, preparing reports and using available on-device assistance. Features and supported platforms depend on the version you are using. Development is personally funded and offered without a profit goal.

Your choices and responsibilities

Use the service lawfully and access only records you are authorized to use. You are responsible for information you enter, the person or profile you select, the connections you authorize and the copies you choose to share. Keep your device and account access under your control. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or misrepresent another person’s identity.

Your content

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You allow Kaelo to process that content to deliver the features you choose. Rights in imported documents and third-party material remain with their respective holders. Project 515 retains its rights in the application, website, brand and other original materials. Applicable app-store license terms also govern your downloaded app.

Local records and optional connections

The current iPhone implementation stores its record library and runs its Wellness AI on the device. An Epic/MyChart connection is optional. Each connection and import begins with your selection in the app and the source organization’s authorization process. Kaelo requests read-only access to supported laboratory results, medication information and test results. Provider sign-in takes place with the provider’s authorization service; Kaelo does not ask you to give Project 515 your MyChart password.

Imported information

Imported records are copies of information the source organization makes available. Coverage, supported record types and availability vary by organization and authorization. Information may be incomplete, delayed, corrected or unavailable. Kaelo preserves available source identities, dates and statuses. A medication order or fill is distinct from a recorded administration. Check the source record when resolving a discrepancy; importing into Kaelo does not change the source organization’s record.

Wellness assistance and reports

Wellness explanations, calculations and reports depend on the records and settings supplied. AI-generated wording can be incomplete or mistaken. Kaelo is not an autonomous diagnostic or prescribing service. Review original records and the context of any result before relying on an explanation. Kaelo does not establish a provider relationship or promise a particular outcome.

Sharing, disconnecting and deletion

You choose whether to export or share a report or other content through the available device controls. Recipients and services you select handle the copies you send under their own terms. Disconnecting Epic on a device removes the saved connection credentials there; records already imported remain in your local library until separately removed. Use the app’s existing local-data deletion controls to remove records and connection credentials for that person. Device backups and exported copies are managed separately through the device, account or service where you keep them. Deleting local copies does not delete the source organization’s records.

Availability and testing

Some features may be in development or available only to testers. Sandbox connections use test records and do not establish access to a personal provider account. A developer registration, a successful sandbox test and production provider access are separate states. The connection status in the app identifies what is available. Project 515 may update features and these terms as the service changes; the updated date on this page identifies the current version.

Costs and third-party services

These terms do not authorize a payment or subscription. Any paid offer must identify its price and applicable terms before purchase. Your carrier, app store or another service you choose may have separate charges and terms. Epic, MyChart, Apple and other third-party names identify their respective services and owners; their appearance does not imply that they endorse Kaelo.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you and does not permit the parties to waive. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
